MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2

MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2 adds new icons on the toolbar and throughout the application. Additionally Windows 7 64-bit compatibility was added, EMAX Auto Pre-Save Data Validation, the ability to Print and Export WatchLists, and more.
Minimum Requirements: H-Series Tester, 2.0+GHz Intel i5 or equivalent processor, 2+ G RAM. For the complete list of minimum computer requirments contact PdMA Tech Support (813-621-6463 ext. 251).
- Installing MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2 requires Microsoft SQL Server 2008. This installation requires the uninstall of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 AND MCEGold before installing MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2. Instructions on uninstalling, upgrading to Microsoft SQL Server 2008, and MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2 installation are found in Print These Instructions that appears when you click the MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2 link below.
- TechNote 1204A contains details of what is included in MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2. On page 4 are the instructions for activating, installing, and starting the International Language pack. MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2 Installation instructions in TechNote 1204A are for installing from a disc only. To install MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2 from this website follow the Print These Instructions that display when you click the MCEGold 2.5.1 SP2 link below.

International Language Pack
Currently Spanish, Chinese, and Russian are the languages available. Plans are in process for additional languages.
Note: Download these language packs only if you have MCEGold 2.5.1 SP1. For other versions contact Technical Support (813-621-6463 ext. 251).

MCEGold 2.4.0 SP1
To install SP1 you must have MCEGold 2.4 already installed. If you do not have MCEGold 2.4, see the MCEGold 2.4.0 section for installation instructions.

MCEGold 2.4 SP 1 modifies the probe selection options for EMAX testing, produces notification alerts when updating from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008, and allows for test selection and probe modification from network desktops.
Click here to begin the SP1 download. Selecting Run automatically starts the download. Follow the on screen prompts. Selecting Save allows you to save the file to your computer for installation at a later time.

MCEGold 2.4.0
MCEGold 2.4.0 software contains enhancements to the software and introduces the new international language feature. The language feature requires a Module Activation Key. Contact PdMA Technical Support if you do not have a key.

Operating System:Windows XP sp2, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 32-bit
Processor: 2 Ghz or better
Memory: 2 G RAM
Hard Drive: 500 MB for Installation, 10 GB for database storage
- Download the MCEGold 2.4.0 file only if you currently have MCEGold. If you are unsure which version you have, start MCEGold and select Help, About from the menu bar. The version number will be displayed in the window below the globe symbol. Or you can get the information from the MCEGold Utility program. Open MCEGold Utility and click the Information button. The version is displayed in the Application box.
- If you have MCEGold 2.1.4 or earlier versions it is necessary to uninstall MCEGold before installing MCEGold 2.4.0. Instructions on uninstalling are found in Print These Instructions that appears when you click the MCEGold 2.1.4 link below.
- If you have MCEGold 2.1.5 or later versions follow the instructions in Print These Instructions that appears when you click the MCEGold 2.1.5 link below.
- TechNote 1102 contains details of what is included in MCEGold 2.4.0. On page 3 are the instructions for activating, installing, and starting the international language pack. MCEGold 2.4 Update Installation instructions in TechNote 1102 are for installing from a CD only. To install MCEGold 2.4.0 from this website follow the Print These Instructions that display when you click either the MCEGold 2.1.4 or MCEGold 2.1.5 link below.
- This update requires Microsoft .NET 3.5. If you are installing MCEGold 2.4 while connected to the Internet, the software performs the update automatically. However, if for some reason you need to manually download and install .NET 3.5 please click here.
