Trainer/Technical Support

PdMA Corporation is currently seeking a Trainer/Technical Support Representative with a proven track record to work in our Training & Technical Support department, reporting to the Department Manager. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting classroom training on our electric motor test equipment and software

• Performing customer support over the phone, including computer and software operations, test equipment operations, and data analysis

• Documenting results of training courses and customer interactions in CRM software program

 Requirements

• Computer literacy (minimum:  Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products)
• Customer/Technical support experience
• Working knowledge of AC and DC electric motors, including construction, maintenance, theory, and operation
• PDM experience a plus
• Military training, technical degree, and prior experience in classroom instruction are beneficial
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Bi-lingual with English and Spanish
• Ability and willingness to travel 25 – 75% of the time, with the target being 50% (occasional overseas travel required, valid current passport is necessary)

 Regional Account Manager

PdMA is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing sales activities with assigned outside sales representative and/or territories.
• Maintains service to existing customer base in assigned territories.
• Make routine visits with independent sales representatives for sales calls and rep training.
• Provides MCEmax demonstrations for qualified leads.
• Attends national and regional trade shows in assigned territories.

 Requirements:

• Computer literate
• Working knowledge of AC and DC electric motors
• Military training, Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
