Trainer/Technical Support Representative
PdMA Corporation is currently seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Trainer/Technical Support Representative with a proven track record to work in our Training and Technical Support department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting classroom and on-site training on our electric motor test equipment and software
- Providing customer support over the phone, including computer and software operations, test equipment operations, and data analysis
- Documenting results of training courses and customer interactions in CRM software program
Requirements
- Bi-lingual required (English and Spanish)
- Working knowledge of AC and DC electric motors, including construction, maintenance, theory, and operation
- Military training, technical degree, and prior experience in classroom instruction are beneficial
- Ability and willingness to travel 25 – 75% of the time, with the target being 50% (occasional overseas travel required, valid current passport is necessary)
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer/technical support experience
- PDM experience a plus
- Experience with vibration, thermal imaging or any other maintenance technologies will be beneficial for this position
- Computer literacy (minimum: Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products)
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
