 For Non-warranty Calibration or Repair

If you know your tester is not covered by warranty, having a PO in place for the calibration or repair and return shipping prior to sending the tester to us will ensure your tester is calibrated or repaired in a timely fashion. You can usually get an estimate of calibration costs from PdMA Customer Support. It will be an estimate only.

For tester repairs, upon receipt of the unit we will prepare a Repair Estimate after inspection and testing. A Customer Support member will contact you prior to starting any repairs for authorization to perform them. Work will not proceed until your authorization is given and we have received a PO from you. If you have not included the PO with the tester, please fax it to (813) 620-0206, Attn: Sean McSharry.
